Payton Strzalka graduated from the University of South Florida earning a B.A. in Political Science in 2018. She earned her J.D. and Certificate of Concentration in International Law from Stetson University College of Law in 2022. While attending law school, Payton was a Senior Associate for the Stetson Law Review.
After receiving her law degree, Payton concentrated her defense practice in long-term care cases, nursing home health care, nursing malpractice, premises liability, and general civil, commercial, and federal litigation.
Payton joined Bush Graziano Rice & Hearing, P.A. in 2026 and she focuses her practice on the defense of long-term care cases, premises liability, medical malpractice, insurance defense, personal injury, and auto negligence matters.
Payton is admitted to practice in the State of Florida as well as the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and is currently a member of the Florida Bar, including the Young Lawyers and International Law Sections, and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
